Grandpa's scope went really well. He was even able to have some donuts afterward and he needs them, too because he's gotten pretty skinny the last couple of weeks. Anyway, they found several ulcers in his tummy and sent him home with some prescriptions for those that he will need to take for the rest of his life. I'd say all in all, we are pretty grateful it turned out to just be ulcers! And as it turns out--his mother had the same problem so it runs in the family.
