FITNESS FRIDAY

Hey Everyone,

I got on the scales this morning and was down the 5 pounds I had gained! Yeah! I attribute it the the "thin thinking." When I could finally start my thinking that way again I started eating and snacking less and "Voila." I am so happy. Also, the sugarless gum helps a ton! Go, fight, win!

I miss gum. :( I still need to get crowns on the two teeth I had root canals done on...I'm too scared to chew gum until I get those. But gum is so great for not snacking.
