I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the fascination the media have with Barbara Walters admission to having an affair in her new memoir but I am. Actually, I guess that fascination goes beyond the media since they say her book is already sold out in stores. Just what is it Ms. Walters thinks we, as readers, should respect about that admission? I know I for one will not be purchasing or reading her book.
True, she has lead an interesting life and interviewed a lot of famous and infamous people. I think her life experiences might have made for some good reading--but some of those experiences--in my humble opinion--should have been kept to herself. Well, there's my two cents!
