A SLOW MONDAY

Didn't get a whole lot else accomplished today but I did make a good dinner. I made barbeque boneless pork ribs. I slow cooked them in the crockpot and served them over rice. They were really good.

I went to the gym tonight for the first time in weeks. It felt good to lift some weights and get back on the treadmill again. Hope tomorrow my body thinks it was as good an idea as my mind did today! :}
