Tonight Rob and I went to the visitation for our friend who passed away. We felt such sorrow for her husband and her two sons. You could just see the tremendous loss they were feeling. She was definitely the hub of her family and so dynamic. I feel her loss deeply and I was simply a friend. Her family is both shocked and grieving. What a tremendous loss.
They know they will see her again. It's the emptiness they will feel between now and then that will be so hard and that makes me hurt for them. I do think they now have an angel smiling down on them. :)
