TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK . . .

Wow. I registered Julie to be a sophomore today but I might as well have been registering her for college. At least that's how it feels to me. It's all happening so fast--way too fast. I keep thinking of that "Turn around" song--you know, "Turn around and you're a young girl . . . I don't remember all the words but one day they are a little girl and the next day they are grown. It seems like Julie was just barely 11 and now she's in her second year of high school. I just feel like I am going to turn around tomorrow and she will be gone to college or be married with kids. Time just seems to be moving so quickly. Guess I'm just feeling a little wistful, tonight.
