IF I'D KNOWN YOU WERE COMING I'D HAVE BAKED A CAKE

I just finished baking two cakes. We are having a cake auction tomorrow night at church. They said they had one last year and it was really fun. I missed it so I just have to trust them about the fun part. They told us not to bring any money that it will be provided. I heard a rumor that means monopoly money. Sounds fun to me. One of the cakes I'm making is going to be three layer with a fancy, fluffy white cream in between the layers--chocolate of course. The other will just be two layer. I decided to try to make something cool and delicious looking. Hopefully, they will go for several hundred thousand dollars. I mean c'mon in this bailout economy they've got to be worth at least that!
