BABY KNOWS HER NOSE

I've been showing Carly her nose and trying to get her to point to it for a couple of months now. You know, the old--where's your eye's, nose, ears thing? Well, I started out that way but she is so busy she won't pay much attention to me when I go for them all at once--so I focused on one at a time. I started with the nose. It finally paid off today. I said where's your nose and she immediately pointed to it. She's not slow, she's just too busy checking out new things and taking them apart to sit still and pay attention to face games. Silly Mommy. What was I thinking?
